We are selling 8,000,000 depositary shares (the "Depositary Shares") each representing 1/1,000 of a 4.125% Cumulative Preferred Share of Beneficial Interest, Series M (the "Preferred Shares").
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be used to make investments in self-storage facilities and entities that own them, for the development of self-storage facilities, and for general corporate purposes, including the redemption of preferred shares.
