We are selling 6,000,000 depositary shares (the "Depositary Shares") each representing 1/1,000 of a 3.900% Cumulative Preferred Share of Beneficial Interest, Series O (the "Preferred Shares"). The Preferred Shares represented by the Depositary Shares will be deposited with Computershare Trust Company, N.A., as depositary.
Use of proceeds: To make investments in self-storage facilities and in entities that own self-storage facilities, for development of self-storage facilities, and for general corporate purposes, including the redemption of preferred shares.
