We are distributing at no charge to holders of our common stock as of December 20, 2021 (the "Record Date") transferable rights to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,542,593 shares of 2.75% convertible preferred stock, Series C, par value $0.001 per share ("Convertible Preferred Stock").
Use of proceeds: Proceeds will be invested in accordance with the Fund's investment objectives and policies to take advantage of investment opportunities, including acquiring securities yielding more than 2.75%, SPACs, closed-end funds at a discount, or repurchasing common stock.
